      Job Title: DBMN – Corporate Bank Head of Coverage and Origination- Director

      Location: Manila

      Corporate Title: Director

      The Head of Coverage and Origination is responsible for client coverage and origination of top Philippine corporates, banks and the sovereign across products corporate banking (transaction banking, fixed income and currencies products) and investment banking (capital market, M&A, structured finance)

      Your Key Responsibilities

      • Determines marketing and business development strategies with respect to existing and prospective large local corporate, financial institutions and sovereign relationships
      • Personally manages the largest accounts/most complex transactions while drawing on regional/global resources to address client needs
      • Defines objectives, policies and plans to achieve and maintain competitive edge
      • Coordinates with and markets with other product lines across both the corporate and investment bank over-all client relationship development and cross-selling synergies
      • Responsible for overall branch management through participation in branch management board
      • Handles front office credit processes and negotiates credit documentation with clients
      • Manages day-to-day activities of corporate banking and account management, including KYC processes and appraises, trains and develops staff (where applicable)

      Your skills and experience

      • With at least 10 years of relevant experience
      • Professional degree or MBA holder
      • Demonstrated leadership ability
      • Possesses Credit risk management / analysis experience
      • Ability to negotiate and influence others to gain support and achieve a common goal
      • Detailed knowledge of Corporate Finance and Transaction Banking products/solutions
      • Strong client relationship, marketing presentation and sales skills, thus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Superior analytical aptitude
